Refund & Exchange Policy

Customized & Personalized Orders

All customized and personalized items are final sale. That means we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom merchandise unless:

  • There is a production error on our part, or

  • The item arrives defective or damaged.

In those rare cases, we’ll make it right—promise.

If you received a defective item or we made a mistake with your customization, please contact us at support@themarchcreative.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. Once we review it, we’ll send you a return authorization and take care of the replacement.

Non-Custom Items

Unused, undecorated items (still in their original packaging) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel or wearables

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In limited cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items that:

  • Are not in original condition

  • Are missing parts not due to our error

  • Are returned without prior authorization

Important

Do not send returns to the manufacturer. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by us. Contact support@themarchcreative.com to start the process.
